  1. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL), PARTICIPATED IN FRAUD, BY DELAYING INVESTIGATION OF MY WHISTLEBLOWER VIOLATION FOR 5.5 YEARS. AGAIN ELIMINATING ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO FILE A WHISTLEBLOWER VIOLATION LAWSUIT; WITHIN NJ STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.

 

  1. EEOC AGENCY ACCEPTS FRAUDULENT AND DUPLICATIVE STATEMENTS OF POSITIONS (SOP) FROM THE DEFENDANT; REDACTED AND UNREDACTED VERSIONS. EEOC SENDS ME ONLY REDACTED VERSION (CONCEALING THE SEVERELY LATE SUBMISSION OF SOPs BY DEFENDANT; 4.5 MONTHS FROM THE EEOC NOTIFICATION OF MY DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT). THE REDACTED SOP ALSO CONCEALED AUTHOR’S NAME AND SIGNATURE APPROVAL.

 

  1. EEOC COVERS UP REASON FOR SUBMITTING REDACTED SOP AS JUST A COPIER ERROR AND PROMISES TO SEND UNREDACTED VERSION. THE CHARGING PARTY (CP) MYSELF, NEVER RECEIVES THE UNREDACTED VERSION FROM EITHER THE EEOC OR THE DEFENDANT. ONLY “5” YEARS LATER, UPON FINALLY GETTING ACCESS TO INVESTIGATION FILE FROM NJ GOVERNOR CHRISTIE; THE CP BECOMES AWARE OF THE DUPLICATIVE VERSIONS OF THE SOP.

 

  1. EEOC DISMISSED DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT; AND ACCEPTED THE DEFENDANT’S 2 FRAUDULENT TERMINATION REASONS; WITHOUT EVIDENCE SUPPORTING EITHER ONE. THE ONLY 1 DISCLOSED TERMINATION REASON WAS A WORKFORCE REDUCTION.
